Implementation Consultant/PPMIS Trainer

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

• Plan the implementation, deployment and support activities of the PPMS and the processes it supports;
• Coordinate the stakeholders involved to ensure a smooth implementation of solutions;
• Analyze organizational impacts related to new features and process changes;
• Establish transition, deployment, training and user support plans;
• Ensure synchronization of required activities, environments, tools, and content;
• Participate in release, enhanced support and post-deployment follow-up activities;
• Produce implementation reports, lessons learned and recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Assess the training needs of different categories of users;
• Perform customer analyses and define appropriate pedagogical approaches;
• Adapt training content according to user profiles and targeted roles;
• Identify adoption issues and recommend mitigation strategies;
• Design training materials, user guides, procedures and reference tools;
• Develop learning scenarios aligned with portfolio, program, and project management processes;
• Keep user documentation up to date as solutions evolve;
• Prepare and facilitate training in face-to-face, virtual and hybrid mode;
• Measure learning, evaluate the effectiveness of training and adjust approaches when necessary;
• Ensure knowledge transfer to support teams and super-users;
• Provide local support during the deployment phases;
• Advise users on how to best use PPMS features;
• Participate in the resolution of functional issues and document recurring issues;
• Contribute to communication, change management and adoption strategies for new practices;
• Track adoption, satisfaction, and usage metrics for solutions.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Have at least two (2) years of experience with the Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations solution;
• Have knowledge of the areas of portfolio, program and project management;
• Proficiency in Microsoft's project management tools;
• Experience in organizational transformation projects or programs;
• Demonstrate excellent communication, popularization and information structuring skills;
• Adopt a strong customer focus and collaborative approach;
• Be able to manage multiple deployments or user groups simultaneously;
• Experience designing training programs for complex technology or organizational environments;
• Experience in instructional engineering;
• Conduct training on Microsoft solutions or integrated management systems such as ERP, CRM, PPM, EPM, Dynamics 365, Project Online, Project Operations or equivalent;
• Be familiar with adult learning principles and good practices in andragogy;
• Collaborate effectively with content experts and multidisciplinary teams;
• Understand change management and digital systems adoption approaches;
• Create learning paths adapted to different categories of users;
• Support users following training and support the adoption of new practices;
• Develop digital and traditional teaching materials;
• Conduct face-to-face, virtual and hybrid training;
• Transfer knowledge to support teams or super-users;
• Measure training effectiveness and organizational adoption level;
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Instructional Design, Instructional Engineering, Change Management, PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (an asset).
