    Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA – Business Management) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Université Laval, Marc Vachon brings over 45 years of experience in the field of information technology. His career stands out through a balanced combination of technological expertise, organizational governance, strategic management, and the leadership of transformative cybersecurity initiatives.

    Throughout his career, he has developed deep mastery of complex technological environments — large-scale systems, distributed infrastructures, web platforms, and integrated architectures — along with a refined understanding of issues related to protecting information assets, ensuring business continuity, and managing integrated risk.

    His profile combines engineering rigor, business vision, and strong execution capability. These qualities play a decisive role in his contributions to the Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence, which he helps position as a strategic driver of organizational performance, trust, and resilience.

    With over twenty years of experience, including sixteen years in implementing large-scale digital and organizational transformations, Joëlle helps organizations translate their business strategies into tangible and lasting results through structured program and project management.
    She rigorously works at both the strategic and operational levels, combining project management, agility, change management, and operational efficiency. Holding a master’s degree in industrial engineering, Joëlle is PMI-PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. She masters structured approaches while adapting nimbly to complex and evolving environments.

    Joëlle is distinguished by her inspiring leadership, strong results-oriented approach, and ability to build strong, trusting relationships. Committed to continuous improvement, she acts as a catalyst for positive impact by equipping teams and fostering a value-driven management culture. She is therefore a key player in organizational transformation and excellence in project management.

    With more than 20 years of experience, François Landriau is recognized in the fields of organizational development and change management for implementing technological solutions. He has a master’s degree in Organizational Analysis and Development from École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP), and also holds Agile and Lean Management certifications. François excels in developing communication, consultation and training strategies that result in seamless and successful organizational transitions and transformations.

    Throughout his career, François has led major change management projects for municipalities, including Ville de Québec and Ville de Montréal. Named political advisor for the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor in 2019, he was responsible for the digital transformation and organizational performance for the government, public markets and Quebec infrastructure plan.

    As an elected member of the National and International IEC-ISO/ committee on Artificial Intelligence within the Standards Council of Canada, Ali Amine is actively involved in developing standards for the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence nationally and globally. His immense interest in AI led him to enhance his skills and, in under two years, he earned more than three certifications, two challenges and around twenty badges in AI. He is a valuable asset to our clients and his colleagues.

    Ali Amine has been fascinated by artificial intelligence since its beginnings. He is a cloud architect and computer engineer. He also holds a master’s degree in computer systems security, and several recognized certifications such as Copilot for Microsoft 365 (Technical Champion) and Azure AI Engineer Associate.

    Ali Amine’s mission is to provide guidance to our clients on their AI adoption and contribute to the implementation of principles and policies to optimize the success of their initiatives.

    Mohamed Meddeb is an expert who firmly believes in agility and continuous improvement. As a Lean-Agile coach, inspiring speaker and committed trainer, he stands out with his unique perspective on organizational and cultural transformations. His vitality and extensive expertise in agility make him a key player in coaching and training COFOMO consultants.

    Mohammed also actively contributes to the Agile community as the Vice-President of Agile Québec, within which he is responsible for practice communities and is the product owner – coordinator of the Agile Tour de Québec.

    With several recognized certifications, including Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma, Mohamed trains managers, change agents, consultants and teams to help them successfully achieve their Lean-Agile transformation throughout the organization. His objective: support people through organizational and technological transformations.
