André joined COFOMO in 2014. He is a recognized cloud architect and is passionate about DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Certified AWS Solution Architect Associate since 2023, he distinguishes himself in automated infrastructure development and management. His IaC specialization has enabled him to support several large businesses and public organizations in Cloud adoption, deploying host zones and workloads with tools such as ARM, Bicep and Terraform.

Captivating speaker, blogger, popularizer and respected trainer, André also excels in governance, FinOps and AWS operational efficiency. Under his direction, COFOMO achieved AWS Migration competency, confirming its commitment to cloud migration excellence.

A seasoned pilot, André enjoys applying the principles of flying to his work methods. In collaboration with Tidjani Belmansour, director of the Microsoft Azure Centre of Excellence, André developed the “Flight Plan,” an approach that optimizes cloud adoption while minimizing risks, and includes the project assessment phase, the establishment of a governance framework, change management and operationalization.

A passionate digital transformation expert, Charles is driven by innovation and operational efficiency. Owner of several Microsoft 365 certifications including some in artificial intelligence, he has also worked as a certified Microsoft instructor for many years. His extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystems enables Charles to address our clients’ specific needs with remarkable precision.

With the support of an experienced team, Charles plays a key strategic role at COFOMO, promoting the adoption and optimization of Microsoft tools to transform organizations. His commitment goes beyond improving the skills of internal teams and includes active participation in the delivery of strategic projects for clients. He is also involved in various initiatives promoting the innovation and adoption of new technologies.

He received the prestigious MVP Azure (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) recognition for his remarkable contributions in the field and his commitment to sharing expertise with the community – one of very few in Canada. As MVP, Tidjani has privileged access to Microsoft engineering and product development teams, which enables him to resolve complex problems, help businesses thrive and refine their digital acceleration strategy.

Tidjani received his Microsoft Azure certification in 2013 and earned multiple recognized certifications such as DevOps Engineer Expert and Azure Developer Associate.

As a recognized digital transformation strategist, Mehdi brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of IT, HR, and organizational change. He leads the implementation of robust, integrated ServiceNow solutions aligned with key business priorities. With an Executive MBA, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and SAFe certification, he has led large-scale initiatives in enterprise agility, performance, digital adoption, and governance, and has driven COFOMO to achieve Premier Partner status with ServiceNow.
