How we use your personal information
By submitting any kind of personal information, you agree to the collection, storage, processing, use, and disclosure of such information so we can:
- Confirm your identity and the accuracy of the information;
- Assess your skills and qualifications in order to determine whether or not you are properly suited for the position you are applying for;
- Communicate with you in regards to your application;
- Promote your profile for a representation mandate with a client of COFOMO;
- Keep your profile on record in case another position opens in the future;
- Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Disclosure and transfer of personal information outside of the province of Québec
Your personal information might be disclosed to third parties, such as clients and suppliers of COFOMO, as well as to technological solutions providers who operate outside of the province of Québec.
Whenever such a disclosure results in personal information being transferred outside of the province of Québec, COFOMO will make sure that the relevant jurisdiction has implemented adequate measures and legislation in regards to the protection of such information.
