Job description
- Plan and coordinate the activities necessary for the execution of the program delivery plan;
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables;
- Coordinate business and technology stakeholders involved in program initiatives;
- Act as a liaison point between project teams, managers and governance bodies;
- Ensure the progress of work related to regulatory requirements and critical activities of the organization;
- Manage, mobilize and support a multidisciplinary team responsible for the delivery and evolution of technological assets;
- Support the resolution of delivery issues and the improvement of operational processes;
- Prepare and administer project portfolio budgets;
- Maintain portfolio information in the various management and monitoring tools;
- Follow up on maintenance and upgrade requests until they are put into production;
- Document the functional and non-functional requirements associated with the initiatives;
- Define and monitor the performance, availability and sustainability indicators of the solutions;
- Produce dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance and management processes.
- Have significant experience in delivery management, program coordination or technological leadership;
- Demonstrate an ability to manage, mobilize and support multidisciplinary teams;
- Have experience in managing business and technology stakeholders;
- Master governance, risk management, dependency management and schedule monitoring practices;
- Manage budgets and ensure the financial monitoring of portfolios or programs;
- Experience in maintaining and evolving technology solutions;
- Understand practices related to operational stability, service delivery and continuous improvement;
- Demonstrate leadership, judgment and excellent decision-making skills;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues on an international scale. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
