Job description
- Ensure integrated user access management in PPMS;
- Receive, analyze, qualify and process access requests;
- Configure, maintain and update user profiles, security roles and application rights;
- Enforce management rules, security requirements, and principles of least privilege;
- Track approvals, changes and access withdrawals;
- Ensure compliance, consistency and traceability of user access;
- Ensure the quality and integrity of data related to access and security profiles;
- Provide functional support to PPMS users;
- Receive, analyze, qualify and process incidents and service requests;
- Assist users in solving problems related to the use of the system;
- Follow up on requests and ensure the quality of the information recorded;
- Advise users on best practices for using PPMS;
- Consolidate, validate and analyze data related to internal and external resources, contracts, access and user profiles;
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and data quality issues;
- Produce the necessary information for monitoring committees, reports and dashboards;
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data used for decision-making;
- To offer advanced functional support to users;
- Support users in data entry, validation and updating activities;
- Explain the processes, procedures and best practices related to the use of PPMS;
- Promote user ownership of the system;
- Analyze operational needs and propose appropriate solutions;
- Document processes, procedures and business rules related to PPMS;
- Collaborate in the evolution and improvement of resource, contract and access management processes;
- Participate in the implementation and compliance of governance processes;
- Ensure alignment with provincial and organizational governance standards and solution parameters;
- Propose improvements to operational efficiency, security, and system compliance.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective access and data management;
- Follow up on user requests and ensure compliance with established service levels, timelines and procedures;
- Ensure compliance with applicable organizational requirements and governance frameworks;
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of PPMS management practices.
- Have functional expertise in internal and external resource management, contract management and supplier monitoring;
- Master business rules, repositories, application parameters, configurations, functional validations, environments and release processes;
- Understand project, program, and portfolio governance mechanisms;
- Be familiar with the mechanisms for managing access, application roles and associated control processes;
- Master the processes of integrated planning, capacity management and resource allocation;
- Understand the contractual, administrative and financial processes related to the operation of an information system;
- Enforce incident, problem, change and service request management processes;
- Master the processes of processing, prioritizing, escalating and resolving incidents and service requests;
- Know the principles of information security, data protection and access management;
- Understand service level management (SLA) principles and application support best practices;
- Demonstrate knowledge of traditional, Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall project management approaches as well as DevOps practices;
- To be able to investigate the causes of incidents, assess impacts on operations, and recommend or implement appropriate remedies;
- Collaborate effectively with business teams, technical teams, suppliers and various stakeholders to promote the efficient management of incidents and service requests;
- Be able to integrate the concepts of business continuity, system stability and continuous service improvement;
- Be proficient in French and English in order to carry out daily tasks, understand documentation and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues across Canada, both orally and in writing;
