Job description
- Translate business objectives into clear and detailed requirements;
- Keep track of requirements throughout the project;
- Develop test plans and coordinate activities related to functional and acceptance testing;
- Share the vision of the project with the production teams;
- Act as a facilitator to clearly define the scope of the project and solution;
- Facilitate the definition of interfaces between projects in a program;
- Identify risks related to requirements;
- Analyze, model and slice the scope of work;
- Document project scope items;
- Break down and categorize requirements to make them easier for technical teams to understand;
- Identify, document and model business requirements;
- Prepare, organize and facilitate workshops aimed at structuring and prioritizing requirements;
- To mediate conflicts between different stakeholders.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a business analyst;
- Demonstrate significant experience in IT infrastructure projects;
- Know the ITIL framework;
- Master Excel and Jira tools;
- Demonstrate analytical and systems thinking skills to understand the interactions between people, processes and technologies;
- Collaborate effectively with teams and influence stakeholders;
- Manage differences and conflicts of interest among stakeholders;
- Propose innovative solutions and workaround approaches adapted to the issues;
- Demonstrate autonomy and take responsibility for one's deliverables;
- Demonstrate rigor in managing time, priorities and deadlines;
- Adapt quickly to different organizational and technological contexts;
- Master process modeling techniques, including BPMN;
- Know good business analysis practices.
