Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
- Support delivery and project teams in the production of business and functional analysis deliverables;
- Collaborate with IT project teams to ensure that objectives are met and deadlines are met;
- Produce the required analyses in accordance with established quality standards;
- Lead the realization of business analysis activities with the project teams;
- Lead workshops and meetings related to the collection and validation of needs;
- Organize and implement business analysis practices and methodologies;
- Support teams in the application of business analysis approaches;
- Follow up on work and contribute to the coordination of activities.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Hold a bachelor's degree recognized by MIFI;
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a business analyst;
- Demonstrate an analytical mind;
- Adopt a business-oriented vision;
- Understanding the interactions between people, processes and technologies;
- Demonstrate political and interpersonal skills;
- Effectively manage stakeholders at different organizational levels;
- Communicate clearly in French, both orally and in writing;
- Propose workarounds to solve problematic situations;
- Formulate new ideas and concepts to improve practices;
- Demonstrate a high capacity for learning and adapting;
- Collaborate effectively with team members;
- Influence stakeholders and support decision-making;
- Manage conflicts of interest and divergences between stakeholders;
- Integrate the business analysis approach with Agile, traditional or hybrid methodologies;
- Demonstrate excellent time, planning, and priority management.
