Process Specialist

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

• Validate the methodological compliance of processes and their deliverables;
• Participate in the development of automation scripts in Enterprise Architect (EA) for BPMN models;
• Ensure, with the business architecture consultant, consistency between the Archimate and BPMN models;
• Identify elements of process modeling that require arbitration and make recommendations;
• Collaborate with the process validation committee;
• Support business analysts in the application of best practices related to process modeling tools;
• Monitor the evolution of business process modeling methodologies and propose improvements;
• Support the team leader in updating guides and tools.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Hold an undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems or an equivalent field;
• Have at least seven (7) years of experience in the field of information technology;
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience modeling business processes with BPMN 2.0;
• Have at least two (2) years of experience in a public or parapublic organization;
• Hold IIBA CCBA certification or equivalent;
• Master the Enterprise Architect tool (Sparx Systems) for modeling and documentation;
• Know UML and Archimate languages;
• Use project management and documentation tools, such as SharePoint and the Atlassian suite.
