Job description
- Analyze business situations in order to understand organizational issues and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Identify, document, validate and ensure traceability of business needs and requirements;
- Map current and targeted business processes;
- Recommend and influence the evolution of financial processes according to best practices;
- Accompany stakeholders and promote their adherence to the objectives and requirements of the project;
- Align solutions with business objectives and business needs;
- Identify prerequisites, dependencies, and organizational impacts;
- Present and communicate solutions to the various stakeholders;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the solutions implemented and ensure an end-to-end cross-cutting vision;
- Collaborate with architecture consultants, subject matter experts, project managers, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Hold a bachelor's degree;
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in accounting, finance and financial systems;
- Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience as a business analyst;
- Understand Agile values and principles;
- Be customer-oriented;
- Ability to question ways of doing things and propose alternatives;
- Demonstrate an ability to engage stakeholders;
- Be a good co-operative spirit;
- Being able to handle uncertainty and ambiguity;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Be action-oriented;
- Creative, analytical, and systems thinking;
- Be able to simplify information and demonstrate good synthesis.
