Job description
- Carry out a complete diagnosis of business processes: analysis of practices, volumes, deadlines and governance, as well as identification of issues, risks and opportunities
- Map current processes and design optimized target processes according to recognized standards
- Develop, compare and recommend context-specific optimization scenarios
- Define performance indicators and set up dashboards for clear and structured monitoring
- Propose effective governance including decision-making structure, roles, coordination mechanisms and follow-up rituals
- Develop a deployment plan that integrates priorities, dependencies, risks, and change management strategy
- Support teams in implementation, in particular through the facilitation of workshops and knowledge transfer
- Produce a final report presenting the findings, recommendations and conditions for success
- Carry out any related mandate in business process optimization.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process optimization, including 3 years in Lean Six Sigma
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, or equivalent experience
- Completion of at least 3 mandates of 100 person-days or more in Lean Six Sigma process optimization, in service organizations
- Experience in multi-stakeholder business processes aimed at performance improvement or change management
- Experience of at least 220 person-days in a department or agency of the Government of Quebec
- Ability to clearly document the mandates carried out
- Experience in occupational health and safety, an asset
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset
