Job description
- Collect, analyze and specify business needs in collaboration with users, in line with the architectural vision, and evaluate their impacts;
- Contribute to the definition, validation and recommendation of solutions with the IT teams and the Product Manager (PO);
- Actively participate in a multidisciplinary agile team to design, test and deliver quality increments, including notebook estimation and management;
- Document analyses, decisions, processes and deliverables to ensure the traceability and sustainability of the work;
- Apply and promote quality assurance practices, standards and tools, including TDD/BDD approaches;
- Plan, prepare, enrich and execute tests, including acceptance tests, and ensure their quality;
- Ensure communication and coordination between the various stakeholders and act as a resource person for processes and documentation;
- Present the proposed solutions, outline the issues and support decision-making;
- Contribute to change management activities, including training, user documentation and team coaching;
- Participate in the production, deployment and continuous improvement of processes and systems;
- Ensure knowledge transfer and maintain artifacts (notebooks, rules, interfaces, functional files);
- Perform any other related task.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration (SIO profile) or a relevant discipline (asset);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst in comparable environments;
- Experience in needs analysis, process modeling, validation of functional files, management of product backlogs, as well as in writing and executing tests;
- Participation in at least two large-scale projects of more than 2,000 person-days with a minimum contribution of 120 person-days each;
- Experience in conducting acceptance testing of at least 100 person-days in a project of more than 4,000 person-days.
