Job description
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the change management strategy and plan, including internal communication and transition management;
- Analyze the organizational impacts of changes, identify issues and support management in adapting the organization of work;
- Ensure constant alignment between development teams, product owners and user units in order to facilitate the appropriation of deliveries;
- Design and carry out communication and information activities (information sessions, communication tools, key messages, event support);
- Collaborate with training and other project components to ensure consistency in transition strategies and plans;
- Support teams and business units in resolving change-related issues, promoting a proactive approach;
- Define indicators of success, monitor results and report to the relevant authorities;
- Represent the change management function to committees and decision-making bodies, when required;
span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources, occupational and organizational psychology, administration or a relevant field;
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology, including four (4) years as a change management consultant in complex organizational environments;
- Have completed at least two large-scale change management mandates in a context of major organizational transformation;
- Demonstrate real-world experience in the application of key change management tools and concepts (stakeholder analysis, impact and concern analysis, change management plan, etc.);
- Have completed at least two significant mandates in the public or parapublic sectors, or in the Quebec private sector;
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment with internal and external resources.
