Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
• Take charge of a significant portion of the production of two business cases related to integrated IT and OT asset management as well as operations and delivery automation;
• Collect, analyze and structure information from various stakeholders;
• Document the current situation, issues, needs and target situation of initiatives;
• Develop and compare different evolution scenarios to support decision-making;
• Evaluate the effort and costs associated with the implementation and operation of the proposed solutions;
• Formalize the assumptions used and the level of confidence associated with the estimates;
• Identify and document benefits and expected business value;
• Produce structured analyses, syntheses and deliverables to support senior management decision-making;
• Analyze issues related to IT and OT asset management, CMDB, operations automation and IT processes;
• Prepare analyses and deliverables according to established architecture orientations;
• Ensure consistency with other initiatives in the 2027-2029 IT Master Plan.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
• Have more than ten (10) years of relevant experience, including as a business architecture consultant, business analyst or solution architecture consultant;
• Have a good understanding of organizational and technological issues;
• Experience in conducting opportunity studies, business cases, scenario analyses or technology recommendations;
• Master concepts related to IT asset management, ITAM, CMDB, ITSM, and IT operations automation;
• Demonstrate an ability to contribute to cost, effort, benefit and business value analyses;
• Ability to translate high-level orientations into concrete, structured and actionable analyses and deliverables;
• Be able to effectively collect and structure information from technical and business stakeholders;
• Ability to work in environments that combine information and operational technology.
