Job description
- Design, develop, test, document, maintain and evolve solutions primarily in .NET, while contributing to Java components as needed by the squad;
- Exercise local technical leadership by proposing solutions, sharing knowledge and supporting the team in solving issues;
- Actively participate in project work, from technical analysis to production and post-deployment follow-up;
- Provide production support by analyzing alerts and incidents, identifying causes, correcting anomalies and helping to prevent their recurrence;
- Develop secure, stable, high-performance and maintainable solutions by applying good software engineering practices;
- Perform code reviews, write automated tests, and contribute to the improvement of continuous integration and deployment pipelines;
- Collaborate with analysts, quality specialists, business partners and technology teams to deliver solutions tailored to needs;
- Contribute to technical debt management, observability and continuous improvement of products and ways of doing things.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Ten (10) years or more of experience in software development;
- Eight (8) years or more of experience in VB.NET, .NET and ASPX development;
- Be proficient in Java 8 and later, as well as Spring Boot, Maven, and JUnit technologies;
- Knowledge of data integration and management mechanisms, including REST APIs, SOAP services, messaging, JSON, and MS SQL;
- Use the Entity Framework and PowerShell in a development and operation context;
- Apply software quality and delivery best practices using automated testing, Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience in application operations, including logging, monitoring, observability, incident diagnostics, Kubernetes, as well as on-premises and cloud environments;
- Develop solutions in large-scale technology environments.
