Job description
• Design, adapt and develop static and animated digital visuals according to the needs of products and services;
• Contribute to the standardization and quality of visual deliverables;
• Advise on web formats and digital best practices;
• Maintain templates, briefs and other internal tools;
• Manage the archiving of creations and the designers' mailbox;
• Perform image resizing according to the different channels;
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
• Have four (4) to five (5) years of relevant experience in digital design;
• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud on PC, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Animate, Dreamweaver, and After Effects;
• Be familiar with ergonomic principles for web browsing and good digital design practices;
• Experience in user interface (UI) design;
• Demonstrate strong graphic design and layout skills;
• Knowledge of animation and video as well as HTML, HTML5 and CSS;
• Demonstrate creativity, autonomy, rigor and great attention to detail and quality;
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously according to priorities;
• Have a strong aptitude for consulting, teamwork and collaboration;
• Knowledge of social networks (an asset);
• Experience with Figma (an asset);
• Knowledge of 3D design with Blender or Cinema 4D (an asset);
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team (an asset).
