Job description
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
- Act as a telecommunications consultant to management and partners;
- Supervise and technically support the team's specialized resources;
- Analyze needs and design mobility and telecommunications solutions adapted to operational realities;
- Write technical specifications and recommendations associated with technology initiatives;
- Plan and ensure the governance of radiocommunication networks and mobile solutions;
- Produce performance analyses, management indicators and dashboards for management;
- Carry out a technological watch on cellular, radio and satellite solutions;
- Document processes, configurations, and technology architectures;
- Represent the team on technical committees and various consultation bodies;
- Define deployment standards adapted to the needs of different environments;
- Evaluate and select mobility solutions that meet organizational requirements;
- Develop equipment renewal strategies and determine acquisition criteria;
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of technology implementation projects.
The profile sought is as follows:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science or a related discipline;
- Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications, including at least three (3) years in an analytical or architectural role;
- Leverage mobility management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SOTI, Workspace ONE, or comparable platforms;
- Use rugged devices such as Sonim, Zebra or equivalent equipment;
- Master LTE, 4G, 5G, TETRA technologies and radio communication solutions;
- Design mobility and telecommunications architectures;
- Technically supervise a team and support the development of expertise;
- Produce analyses, technical specifications and presentations to management;
- Develop performance indicators and management dashboards;
- Use the Microsoft 365 suite in a professional context;
- Manage projects for the implementation of technological solutions;
- Work effectively under pressure in an operational environment;
- Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills.
