Job description
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to the organization's strategic initiatives;
- Contribute to the implementation and evolution of the Power BI environment in collaboration with stakeholders and according to the architecture framework in effect;
- Extract, cleanse, analyze, and structure data from different sources to power Power BI solutions;
- Configure, arrange and connect visual elements to design dashboards that are attractive, clear and in line with best practices;
- Participate in the management of workspaces, Power BI Service delivery applications and access updates;
- Collaborate with the different teams to fully understand their business needs;
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and relevance of the data and information presented in Power BI;
- Document solutions developed in accordance with established standards;
- Train, support, and popularize technical concepts related to the Power BI Service platform to users.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis;
- Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL and a minimum of three (3) years of development experience;
- Know at least one data visualization tool from Quest Toad Data Point, Qlik Sense, QlikView, or Tableau;
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in designing aesthetic, functional and indicator-oriented dashboards;
- Experience with Power BI in reporting and access management using RLS and OLS mechanisms;
- Develop, debug and optimize complex queries in DAX and M, especially in a Query Folding context;
- Carry out at least one mandate involving the production of paginated reports;
- Participate in at least one dimensional modeling assignment of data based on star patterns;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies as well as Jira and Confluence tools.
