Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

• Administer, maintain, and scale Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments;
• Manage and support the Red Hat Satellite platform;
• Ensure the full lifecycle of Linux servers, including system deployment, upgrades, patches, compliance, and retirement;
• Support the operation and continuous improvement of Linux and Windows Server environments;
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform;
• Develop playbooks, roles, collections, and workflows to meet business needs;
• Identify automation opportunities and transform manual activities into sustainable and reusable solutions;
• Responsibly integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into operations, automation, and continuous improvement activities;
• Develop and maintain automation and continuous integration pipelines;
• Administer content views, lifecycle environments, activation keys, and content promotion mechanisms;
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents affecting technology infrastructures;
• Document administration, operations, and automation practices;
• Define and promote best practices related to technology platforms;
• Translating operational needs into effective and sustainable technical solutions;
• Participate in modernization, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The profile sought is as follows:

• Demonstrate advanced expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration;
• Use Red Hat Satellite for large-scale administration and operations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Linux systems;
• Be proficient in Ansible Automation Platform;
• Design and operate automation solutions in complex environments;
• Develop playbooks, roles, collections, and workflows with Ansible;
• Leverage Azure DevOps in the context of automation and continuous integration;
• Administer Windows Server environments;
• Support large technology environments with more than 500 servers;
• Integrate new technologies that promote operational efficiency, including artificial intelligence;
• Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and excellent analytical skills;
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the evolution of technological practices;
• This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding of documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues internationally. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
