Job description
- Design data and analytics solutions aligned with the organization's architecture orientations;
- Advise and support business partners in the positioning, planning and implementation of strategic initiatives;
- Develop and evolve strategies, policies, standards, models, and programs related to data and analytics;
- Ensure consistency and integration of solutions with the existing architecture;
- Monitor new business approaches and emerging technologies;
- Analyze complex issues, establish frameworks and make recommendations to the authorities concerned;
- Act as a manager of projects and mandates with a strong organizational impact;
- Represent the unit on committees and bodies composed of members of senior management;
- Ensure compliance with current architectural norms and standards.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of eight years of experience in business intelligence;
- Have a minimum of five years of experience as a data and analytics solutions architecture consultant or experience deemed relevant;
- Master business intelligence architecture and advanced analytics;
- Have experience in modern data architecture and on large-scale projects;
- Develop data and analytics strategies in a complex organizational context;
- Know data and analytics ecosystem architectures;
- Be proficient in modern architectures, including medallion architecture, Data Mesh, Data Lake, DWH, and ETL/ELT approaches;
- Understand data governance and security policies;
- Have expertise in cloud, data and analytics;
- Master Azure analytics platforms;
- Have expertise with Databricks;
- Scale effectively in an Agile environment;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills;
- Accept a hybrid work mode with an office presence two days a week.
