System Driver - Dynamics 365 Specialist

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

• Act as a technical, operational, and functional referent for aspects related to the solution's configuration, configuration, business rules, repositories, forms, workflows, and environments;
• Support users and teams in creating, structuring, updating and quality control settings and configurations;
• Ensure compliance with business rules, governance standards, established processes and accountability requirements;
• Support ownership of the solution by offering advanced coaching, advice, explanations and knowledge transfer;
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, usage issues, and data quality issues;
• Document procedures, settings, configurations, validations, patches, and operating practices;
• Propose improvements to configuration processes, usage practices, and application settings;
• Ensure consistency of application behaviors across administrative units;
• Participate in functional validation, stabilization, release and user support activities;
• Contribute to the operation, stability, and evolution of Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure DevOps platforms;
• Analyze and take care of level 2 technical anomalies;
• Provide level 3 support to Microsoft;
• Manage releases as well as deployments between different environments using Azure DevOps;
• Leverage and optimize the artificial intelligence features built into Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Copilot;
• Configure generative AI capabilities to support planning, resource estimation, risk analysis, and reporting automation;
• Promote the adoption of artificial intelligence tools by supporting users and popularizing technological concepts;
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure continuous improvement of the solution.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Have at least five (5) years of experience in setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power Platform;
• Be proficient in Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure, Power BI, and applicable Microsoft cloud services;
• Have an understanding of the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence;
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, AI Builder, and the artificial intelligence features built into Dynamics 365;
• Demonstrate an ability to configure, customize, and optimize Copilot agents and AI-assisted workflows;
• Know the principles of responsible artificial intelligence, data governance, security, privacy, and technology ethics;
• Understand traditional, Agile, and hybrid project management approaches;
• Master DevOps principles and practices as well as project, program, and portfolio governance mechanisms;
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, synthetic, problem-solving and popularization skills;
• Demonstrate strong communication, coaching, coaching and knowledge transfer skills;
• Exercise mobilizing leadership that promotes collaboration, autonomy and skills development;
• Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, initiative, creativity and adaptability in complex contexts;
• Hold the Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification (an asset);
• Have a Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification (an asset);
• Have Azure Administrator Associate certification (an asset);
• Hold Azure Developer Associate certification (an asset);
• Have the Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification (an asset);
• Hold the Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification (an asset);
• Have the Power Platform Developer Associate certification (an asset);
• Have Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant certification (an asset);
• Hold the Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate certification (an asset);
• Have Azure AI Engineer Associate certification (an asset);
• Hold Azure AI Fundamentals certification (an asset);
• Have Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 certification (an asset);
• Build an Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio certification (an asset);
• Be certified as an Autonomous Agents (an asset);

• This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
