Job description
• Contribute to the implementation of an S&OP process within the organization;
• Model and document detailed business processes;
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to optimize processes and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications;
• Define and document business rules;
• Validate that the proposed solutions meet the requirements and business objectives;
• Participate in the implementation of changes related to business processes and work procedures;
• Develop test cases and participate in acceptance tests;
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the change management strategy, including communications and training;
• Understand the internal processes of stakeholders in order to facilitate the transition and ensure a smooth implementation;
• Support the project manager in accountability activities.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
• Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a functional manager or business analyst in a supply chain environment;
• Have demonstrated experience in at least one large-scale project for the development and implementation of information systems related to logistics and procurement;
• Master supply chain activities, including planning, logistics and optimization;
• Experience with SAP procurement and logistics modules;
• Demonstrate a strong background in modeling and transforming business processes;
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different sectors;
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
• Meet tight deadlines in a project context;
• Knowledge of the energy domain (an asset);
• Proficiency in BPMN notation (an asset);
• Experience with SAP MM, WM and SD modules (an asset);
• Experience with SAP IBP or SAP Analytics Cloud (an asset).
