Job description
- Plan and monitor project timelines;
- Establish and maintain governance and compliance mechanisms;
- Identify, analyze and monitor risks and issues;
- Manage the financial aspects of projects;
- Produce and maintain reports and documentation;
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure progress on deliverables.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Demonstrate rigor and a proactive approach in the execution of mandates;
- 3-5 years of experience as a PCO or project coordinator in a structured PMO environment;
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience);
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence;
- Have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Be familiar with collaborative tools such as Teams and SharePoint;
- Have a good knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies;
- Hold a CAPM or PMP certification (an asset).
