Job description
- Support the execution of the change management plan related to the implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the relevant sectors and groups;
- Contribute to the identification, validation and documentation of the impacts of change on processes, roles, systems, data and ways of working;
- Act as a point of contact for questions, concerns and feedback from employees, managers and key users;
- Participate in stakeholder analysis, stakeholder engagement planning, and facilitation of workshops and information sessions;
- Communicate clearly and consistently the objectives, benefits, timelines, expectations and impacts of the transformation;
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with sponsors, managers, project teams and stakeholders;
- Accompany managers in their role as promoters of change and support to teams;
- Identify resistances, barriers to adoption, and readiness gaps, and then make mitigation recommendations;
- Support training activities by participating in the identification of target audiences, learning needs and opportunities for reinforcement;
- Monitor and report on readiness, adoption and training indicators;
- Participate in the network of change agents by sharing analysis, lessons learned and best practices;
- Contribute to production, stabilization and post-implementation support activities;
- Carry out change management activities and deliverables in accordance with the established roadmap.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, human resources, communications, industrial engineering, operations management or a related field;
- Have seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, process improvement, training, communication or project management;
- Understand manufacturing environments, operational processes and the human impacts associated with organizational changes;
- Experience in deploying change initiatives in complex manufacturing environments;
- Translating process and system changes into concrete impacts for employees, managers and users;
- Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, active listening and stakeholder mobilization skills;
- Establish relationships of trust and maintain credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Demonstrate organization, rigor and a high level of attention to detail in the management of several priorities;
- Deal effectively with ambiguity and support teams in a context of transformation;
- Apply strong project management practices to ensure timelines are met and milestones are met;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues on an international scale. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
