Job description
- Drive the delivery of end-to-end data management programs;
- Coordinate multiple multidisciplinary teams including data engineering teams, architecture consultants, analysts, and business partners;
- Ensure alignment of data initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives;
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery issues;
- Present program health, roadmaps, and expected benefits to managers and executives;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove obstacles that can slow down teams;
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance within projects;
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders;
- Use Jira to track initiatives, deliverables, and workflows.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have more than fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology;
- Have more than ten (10) years of experience in delivery management or project management;
- Demonstrate significant experience as a Delivery Lead, Program Manager or Program Manager;
- Have delivered complex projects related to data management, MDM, governance, or analytics platforms;
- Understand the concepts of data quality, reliability, security, regulatory compliance, and consent management;
- Master Agile methodologies;
- Use Jira for project management and deliverable tracking;
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to executive-level managers;
- Have worked in organizations with more than ten thousand (10,000) employees;
- Experience in the manufacturing, transportation, automotive or aeronautics sectors (an asset);
- Have worked in companies with an international presence and spread over several continents (an asset);
- Experience in multi-site environments is an asset);
- Demonstrate agility in dynamic and unstructured environments;
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and new contexts;
- Demonstrate a strong autonomy and effectively identify the levers of success and the right stakeholders;
- Solve complex problems and manage priorities effectively;
- Be results-oriented and advance initiatives with multiple dependencies;
- Demonstrate initiative and an entrepreneurial approach in the execution of mandates entrusted to you.
