Job description
- Act as a leader of the Agile process and support squads in the adoption of Agile practices on large-scale projects;
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily caucus, planning, retrospective, sprint review);
- Ensure the management and consistency of the sprint book in connection with the commitments of the product book;
- Identify, track, and remove barriers to team productivity and autonomy;
- Ensure transparency on the progress of the work and the predictability of sprints;
- Guide and support Product Owners in goal setting and backlog management;
- Ensure the quality of the product backlog and Agile processes used by the squads;
- Serve as an interface between the team and the organizational ecosystem to protect team focus and efficiency.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline;
- Possess a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience;
- Have experience in the financial field;
- Have significant experience in a Scrum Master role in a squad setting;
- Have experience in managing projects in Agile mode;
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Agile values and principles;
- Be able to operate in complex and uncertain environments;
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
