Job description
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of enterprise initiatives in data, analytics, AI and automation, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities;
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure their success;
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of high-value initiatives and use cases;
- Drive Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery practices (backlog management, sprint planning, delivery planning, stakeholder reviews, continuous value prioritization);
- Coordinate and align multidisciplinary teams: business, IT, data engineers, analytics specialists, data scientists, and external vendors;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and governance structures;
- Ensure the delivery of solutions in an iterative and incremental manner, with measurable generation of business value throughout the life cycle;
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, while proactively managing stakeholder expectations;
- Define and track performance indicators (KPIs), success measures, and value goals, and provide regular reports to sponsors and senior management;
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between business units and functional teams;
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement data governance practices, improve data quality, and support the development of reusable data assets;
- Lead executive steering committees and prepare progress reports, dashboards and presentations for management;
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, governance requirements and best practices in project management;
- Support change management, user adoption, and organizational readiness;
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Have a university degree in computer science, information technology or related field;
- Have a Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Agile certification (an asset);
- Have experience delivering data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives in environments manufacturers, industrials, operations, supply chain, maintenance or asset management (highly desired);
- Proven experience in managing Agile, Scrum or hybrid programs;
- Demonstrate experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, data governance, AI, or automation;
- Have experience in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and technology vendors;
- Experience in managing initiatives with evolving requirements and incremental deliveries;
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into concrete delivery plans and measurable results;
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on time and on budget;
- Possess a good understanding of the data lifecycle, analytical delivery, and AI considerations;
- Be familiar with modern analytics platforms, cloud environments, and AI-powered solutions.
