Job description
- Develop and maintain a clear, structured and realistic roadmap aligned with organizational strategies and operational capabilities;
- Coordinate stakeholders, including IT teams, local teams, technology experts and security teams;
- Plan and monitor the deployment of Azure Arc across environments;
- Organize activities related to the pooling of administrative resources and ensure that deadlines are met;
- Maintain a register of blockers, identify those responsible and perform the necessary escalations;
- Monitor the progress of the work and adjust the schedule according to the issues;
- Produce progress reports, reports and documents necessary for decision-making;
- Lead project kick-off, follow-up and closing meetings;
- Support technology change management, including communications, mobilization and operational readiness.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of twelve (12) years of information technology experience in infrastructure projects;
- Experience in project management in complex, multidisciplinary and unionized environments;
- Liaise between different stakeholders;
- Demonstrate experience in coordinating deliverables, managing schedules, and proactively managing risks and blockers;
- Support technology change management initiatives;
- Understand Microsoft Server, Azure Arc, and modern IT environments;
- Demonstrate autonomy, leadership and good organizational skills.
