Job description
- Perform feature analysis and development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution;
- Develop APIs between the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution and external systems (mobile applications, BI, etc.);
- Evolve the configuration as part of the integration of the solution within the digital mobility ecosystem;
- Configure and develop solutions involving metropolitan CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365);
- Ensure the maintenance, evolution and good performance of the solutions implemented;
- Write solution deployment plans, ensure their implementation and communicate them to the people concerned;
- Ensure the quality, safety and stability of deliveries, as well as the compliance of automated tests in line with needs;
- Document the details of CRM feature implementation;
- Work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform tools (Dynamics Customer Insights included);
- Work using the SAFe methodology, as well as in cloud environments.
- Have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in information technology and computer development;
- Have a minimum of two (2) years in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology or computer engineering;
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards with PowerBI;
- Demonstrate expertise in C# and JavaScript;
- Have expertise in software engineering principles and design patterns (i.e. distributed architecture, microservices architecture, API integration, event architecture and streaming, etc.;
- Have expertise in database, relational and non-relational technologies (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch or equivalent);
- Have expertise in development and scripting frameworks (e.g.: .Net/.Net Core, Node.Js, React.js, Angular.Js, etc.);
- Have a very good knowledge of Dynamics 365 extensibility tools (Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Customer Insights Data);
- Demonstrate CI/CD knowledge in a modern environment (Git Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube, ArgoCD, Artifactory, etc.);
- Possess in-depth knowledge of AGILE development methods and its lifecycle fundamentals (CI/CD);
- Have a very good knowledge of cloud-native development, containerization associated with cloud providers and serverless execution workloads (Docker, AWS Fargate, Azure AppServices, AKS, EKS, GKS, etc.) and security;
- Have a mastery of the principles of collaborative software development (development guide, programming standards, code reviews, pull requests, / peer review /"pair programming", TDD and code, OWASP, etc.);
- Have a mastery of the integration of identity, authorization and authentication systems with APIs (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML 2.0).
