Job description
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis (BI, reporting, KPI)
- Have at least one (1) year of experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboarding, and object management
- Have completed at least two (2) mandates involving the creation of executive dashboards and the implementation of KPI governance
- Hold Salesforce certifications such as CRM Analytics & Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, etc. (an asset).
- Collect and understand business context, business needs and the impact of requests on processes
- Translate needs into measurable metrics as well as reports and dashboards
- Set up reports in Salesforce
- Create executive dashboards including filtering, segmentation, and drill-down
- Set up controls, set validation rules and follow up on anomalies
- Define KPIs and document their use
- Train users to read and interpret the indicators
- Participate in the optimization of business processes
- Produce management reports for the different sectors
- Document operational procedures and guides
- Build datasets, KPIs, visualizations, and metrics.
