Job description
- Collaborate with the training manager and coordinator to plan and monitor training sessions through the different deployment waves;
- Support the creation and updating of role-based learning paths and ensure alignment with users;
- Ensure that users are assigned to the appropriate training modules;
- Track the progress of training activities, content plans and overall components;
- Coordinate training deliverables, including the review and distribution of materials, guides and "new" documents;
- Collect and consolidate feedback from subject matter experts and trainers;
- Support the implementation and support of super users in their co-facilitation role.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in training coordination, education or change support;
- Experience in large-scale digital transformations, including PLM or ERP contexts (an asset).
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Training Lead and Coordinator to plan and track training sessions across deployment waves;
- Support the creation and maintenance of role-based learning paths and ensure alignment with users;
- Ensure users are assigned to the appropriate training modules;
- Monitor progress across training activities, content plans, and overall training components;
- Coordinate training deliverables, including the review and distribution of training materials, job aids, and "What's New" documents;
- Collect and consolidate feedback from subject matter experts and trainers;
Support the onboarding and enablement of super users in their co-facilitation role.
The ideal profile is as follows:
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in training coordination, education, or change support;
- Have experience in large-scale digital transformations, particularly in PLM or ERP environments (an asset).
