Job description
- Operationalize transformation project deliverables related to demand management and business partnership
- Analyze the current VPTI model (processes, data, roles, tools, governance mechanisms)
- Perform data-driven diagnostics (request flows, lead times, volumes, typologies, irritants)
- Propose an improved target model that is aligned with best practices (ITBM, BRM, Lean, ITIL, etc.) and adapted to the business context
- Document current and future processes, including roles, responsibilities and decision points
- Accompany and support the VPTI teams in the appropriation and implementation of the new model
- Develop, structure and implement KPIs to measure:
- Demand Management Performance
- The quality of the business partnership
- The value delivered by projects.
- Contribute to change management (tools, messages, workshops, documentation).
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in information technology, including at least seven (7) years in IT transformation, IT governance, IT demand management or IT business partnership roles
- Have completed a minimum of two (2) comparable mandates in the last seven (7) years, including the review or implementation of IT demand management processes, IT business partnership models or IT operating models in IT organizations. large span
- Demonstrate at least five (5) years of experience in process analysis and in the design and documentation of IT business models (roles, processes, governance)
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in applying one or more of the following frameworks:
- ITIL (v3 or v4)
- BRM / IT business partnership
- Lean / continuous improvement
- COBIT or equivalent governance framework.
- Have demonstrated experience in:
- Formal process documentation (BPMN or equivalent)
- The production of structured deliverables (diagrams, RACI matrices, operational guides).
- Have active participation in the implementation (and not just the design) of at least one organizational model or IT process that has involved multiple teams or departments
- Have designed and implemented KPIs (in at least one major mandate) related to:
- IT process performance
- Demand management or project delivery
- Have an occupation in a role as a senior strategic advisor or equivalent involving:
- Influence without hierarchical authority
- Facilitating decision-making workshops
- Formulating structuring recommendations.
