Job description
- Identify, solicit and mobilize the required IT collaborators, including external stakeholders;
- Ensure the alignment of contributors with the implementation strategy and business priorities;
- Ensure functional supervision and coordination of contributors involved in the delivery of the application axis (e.g., fraud management component, if applicable);
- Plan the deliverables of the application and technology axis;
- Coordinate cost estimates taking into account issues, complexity, stakeholders and linkages with other initiatives;
- Ensure compliance with agreements, deadlines and budgets;
- Coordinate all deliverables to meet business objectives and priorities;
- Ensure team performance, quality of deliverables and compliance with applicable standards, methods and procedures;
- Manage requested changes and the execution of work related to the application and technological axis;
- Identify and participate in the resolution of issues of varying complexity, which may be of a strategic nature;
- Develop risk analysis, assess impacts and define mitigation strategies;
- Collaborate in proactive risk management in order to maintain an acceptable level of risk for the project;
- Write and disseminate the progress status of the work;
- Share risks, issues, and decision points in collaboration with the responsible project manager.

- Drive innovation and drive continuous improvement;
- Exercise mobilizing leadership and encourage team engagement;
- Collaborate effectively and scale easily within a multidisciplinary ecosystem;

- Ensure rigorous follow-up of schedules and deliveries;
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline;
- Have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience;
- Participate in large-scale projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
