Job description
- Analyze clients' business needs and processes, ensuring alignment of project work with the organization's objectives;
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs related to the securities and equity financing activity, collateral management, position management;
- Write and present business deliverables in a clear and concise way to stakeholders (FrontOffice, MiddleOffice, BackOffice, Finance, Legal, Compliance etc);
- Document the life cycle of the securities and equity financing activity (e.g. Bond/Securities Lending/Borrowing, Global Repo Market, Collateral Management);
- Ensure alignment and integration with the IT ecosystem and architecture;
- Development of validation strategy and maintenance of unit tests;
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the enhancement of solutions and the ecosystem;
- Identify opportunities to optimize work methods and processes, and document these improvements.
- Hold a bachelor's degree;
- Have a certification or training in business analysis;
- Have a mastery of the business analysis role, and its deliverables;
- Have five (5) years of prior experience in business analysis in the context of a project delivering business solutions for the capital markets sector, on business topics of Inventory Finance and Fixed Income;
- Demonstrate experience with managing end-to-end business solutions, including trading platforms, position and inventory management, valuation, settlement, accounting, risk;
- Have a good understanding and relationship with IT and the agile team;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. High capacity for work, autonomy and rigor of learning.
