Job description
- Develop a single project plan that takes into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and linkages with other projects, while ensuring consistency with the vision of the promoter's business objectives;
- Collaborate with the various contribution managers, be responsible for deliverables in order to meet business objectives and value creation in compliance with agreed agreements, costs and deadlines;
- Perform functional supervision and coordination of internal and external contributors (integrator or others) involved in the delivery of the project;
- Authorize any request for changes in resources and ensure that the quality of the work is controlled and that the governance and methodology to be applied within the framework of the project are respected;
- Develop risk analysis, impacts and related strategies taking into account different factors in order to manage the risk level of the project;
- Be responsible for the single reporting and progress status of the project to the sponsor, the steering committee and other decision-making bodies.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline;
- Have a minimum of (6) six years of relevant experience in project management;
- Have experience in data, analytics, or compliance-related projects;
- Demonstrate experience collaborating on large-scale projects involving multiple teams in a multidisciplinary environment;
- Possess knowledge of the Agile methodology and the JIRA tool;
- Be able to work in complex contexts and engage multiple stakeholders;
- Have experience working at a financial institution;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
