Job description
- Act as an expert in the SAP IBP solution to analyze business needs and propose adapted solutions;
- Collaborate with key users to optimize the use of SAP solutions;
- Participate in demand management and project prioritization with the project management office;
- Contribute to implementation projects including design, configuration, testing and deployment;
- Continuously improve supply chain processes;
- Write functional and technical specifications;
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions;
- Supervise resources during the development and testing phases;
- Collaborate with application support teams and external partners;
- Troubleshoot complex issues in application support;
- Define and promote best practices and standards;
- Support change management including training, documentation and adoption;
- Ensure the transition between project and support teams;
- Drive technology decisions related to tools, solutions, and market trends.
- Hold a university degree or equivalent experience;
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role;
- Knowledge of IBP processes, demand planning, integrated sales and operations planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning;
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze business and technical needs and propose appropriate solutions;
- Master the writing of functional and technical specifications;
- Understand SAP environments and application integrations;
- Experience in large organizations.
