Job description
- Maintain a project-level risk register covering hardware, software and process obsolescence and identified vulnerabilities;
- Strategically plan, on a quarterly basis, the roadmap related to obsolescence;
- Manage monthly vulnerability remediation cycles aligned with patch management windows;
- Initiate ad hoc projects when critical CVEs or end-of-life announcements occur;
- Define project charters including scope, business impact, timelines, budget, success criteria and stakeholders;
- Lead cross-functional steering committees (IT, security, compliance, procurement, business leaders) to obtain decisions, resources and approvals;
- Track performance indicators (KPIs) and produce status dashboards for senior management;
- Ensure that incidents, changes and problems are managed effectively, economically and efficiently in accordance with established processes.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field;
- Have a mandatory ITIL Foundation certification;
- Have a project management certification;
- Have at least five (5) years of experience in managing cross-functional projects with reporting;
- Have more than five (5) years of experience covering at least 80% of the main responsibilities mentioned;
- Have solid and demonstrable experience in the ITSM field, ideally in the financial industry;
- Master the ITSM processes in the relevant area and have in-depth experience in this field;
- Be able to produce reports with Power BI and Excel;
- Be proficient in Power BI and be able to create reports according to APS requirements;
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for excellence in service delivery and the production of quality results;
- Master reporting in ServiceNow;
- Understand the IT asset lifecycle, hardware and software end-of-life (EOL) processes, and security vulnerability management frameworks;
- Demonstrate strong analytical and reporting capabilities (Excel, Power BI, Microsoft 365);
- Be oriented towards serving business units as an ultimate customer.
