Job description
- Document and maintain various elements as needed: data related to business processes, criticality information, IT assets, procedures, or other artifacts useful to governance;
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of governance and valorization management processes (e.g., inventory, cataloguing, operational governance activities);
- Clarify, structure and organize information, whether for stakeholders, for the internal functioning of the team or for sectoral files;
- Collaborate closely with the business and technical teams to collect relevant information, validate it and make it consistent;
- Communicate effectively with various audiences and popularize concepts when necessary;
- Accompany and support stakeholders in the adoption of practices (pedagogical approach, facilitation, participation in workshops);
- Contribute to regular governance activities according to industry priorities.
- Hold a university degree in a relevant field (information management, data & analytics, business, pedagogy, computer science or equivalent);
- Demonstrate an ability to document, analyze and structure information rigorously;
- Navigate changing or ambiguous environments efficiently with resourcefulness;
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration, listening and clear communication;
- Organize work with a good sense of priorities, autonomy and reliability;
- Take charge of various tasks, make concrete progress and deliver results;
- Address issues related to data governance, valuation and compliance;
- Knowledge or experience in data governance or management is an asset;
- Document processes or procedures (asset);
- Understand compliance, regulatory, and security issues (asset);
- Collaborate with IT teams (asset);
- Apply change management practices (asset);
- Improve or create internal processes (asset).
