Job description
- Understand user needs: conduct interviews/observations/workshops, identify irritants and opportunities, and define success criteria;
- Document current pathways and processes (flows, rules, exceptions) to support the definition of the target process and improvements;
- Model processes (mapping/paths/scenarios, BPMN if needed) and produce a synthesis linking user needs, business issues and technical constraints;
- Feed and maintain the backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, dependencies) in collaboration with the PO, tech lead, architecture and stakeholders; contribute to prioritization based on value, effort and risk;
- As needed, animate/participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives), clarify priorities and scope, ensure backlog preparation and contribute to the acceptance of deliverables;
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align the understanding of the need and converge on the solution;
- Support delivery: refinement as needed, reviews/demos, user feedback, UAT and post-deployment support;
- Identify opportunities for optimization and automation through AI (including generative AI): Frame use cases, define needs, impacts, and risks, and collaborate with data/technology teams to integrate AI capabilities. secure and measurable way (e.g., support, customization, triage, summarization, and routing);
- Contribute to Mobility initiatives (mobile and responsive experience): analyze journeys on mobile devices, consider performance, accessibility and security, and translate needs into appropriate requirements (navigation, authentication, forms, notifications and follow-up).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or other relevant studies;
- Five to ten (10) years of experience as a business analyst in a digital/product environment, with exposure to user experience and customer journey topics;
- Have a demonstrated experience in frequent interactions with users (collection, validation, testing, feedback) and facilitation of multi-stakeholder workshops;
- Experience in an Agile context within a squad (backlog, refinement, ceremonies, interdisciplinary collaboration);
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of AI/analytics (including generative AI) applied to digital products: ability to define a use case, success criteria, and to consider data quality, bias, confidentiality, security and compliance;
- Have knowledge of Mobility best practices: mobile-first/responsive design, accessibility, instrumentation/measurement (analytics), and understanding of the particularities of mobile journeys (authentication, capture/ upload, interruptions, notifications);
- Have a very good ability to quickly understand and model business processes, ideally related to a lending cycle and customer journeys in digital channels;
- Have the ability to quickly learn the documentation approach in place (templates, repositories, standards), and to produce clear, consistent and reusable deliverables;
- Have a mastery of analysis techniques: problem definition, scenarios, business rules, acceptance criteria, MVP breakdown, dependency management;
- Be comfortable with backlog management and whiteboarding tools (e.g. boards, collaborative workshops, journey mapping).
