Job description
- Retrieve and analyze existing content used as a basis for the development of organizational design methodology and tools;
- Analyze the needs of HR partners and the sectors to be supported, confirm use cases and prioritize interventions;
- Propose a roadmap for the development of the toolkit and associated intervention activities;
- Support the updating of the approach to developing the target operational model and develop an intervention guide adapted to the different scenarios;
- Develop and structure diagnostic, analytical and planning tools, including models, templates and intervention approaches;
- Support HR partners in the field in organizational design activities, including analysis, diagnosis and recommendation of appropriate HR strategies;
- Integrate organizational design activities into the overall approach to supporting transformations;
- Develop and document modules and learning content to empower HR partners in the use of tools and methodological approach;
- Contribute to the structuring of transformation teams, the associated governance and the formalization of the required roles;
- Participate in the design of operationalization models allowing the transition from transformation to exploitation mode.
- Have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in developing organizational design solutions and field interventions in transformation contexts;
- Have more than ten (10) years of experience in a transformation, human resources or change management consulting role;
- Demonstrate significant experience in the development of methodological approaches, intervention frameworks and tools;
- Have expertise in organizational design and structuring transformation teams;
- Demonstrate an ability to analyze complex organizational contexts and propose structured solutions;
- Experience in strategic support with HR management and business partners;
- Demonstrate an ability to co-create and facilitate workshops;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and influential leadership.
