Job description
- Analyze situations to understand organizational problems and seize opportunities;
- Identify, analyze, document and validate the organization's business needs and requirements;
- Support stakeholders and ensure their buy-in to project requirements;
- Support business value identification;
- Verify, validate, manage the traceability of business needs;
- Align the solution with business objectives;
- Identify internal and external prerequisites and dependencies;
- Analyze impacts on stakeholders;
- Communicate and present the solution;
- Evaluate and validate the effectiveness of a solution in relation to needs and requirements;
- Ensure a cross-cutting view of the solution.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience;
- Certification in business analysis, CBAP, IIBA-CCA or PMI-PBA (an asset);
- Have five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a business analyst role;
- Knowledge of security (data protection, information security, privacy or cybersecurity) (an asset);
- Demonstrate BPMN knowledge (an asset);
- Knowledge in the banking and finance industry (an asset).
