Job description
- Establish standards and ensure a smooth transition from projects to operations by participating in transition meetings;
- Evaluate current processes and propose opportunities for improvement;
- Translate technical concepts into plain language to facilitate stakeholder understanding and support decision-making;
- Design and maintain monitoring tools to measure project progress and operational performance;
- Collaborate closely with IT teams, business units and internal partners to ensure alignment of actions and priorities.
- Have experience in IT project management and incident coordination in an operational context;
- Have experience in IT governance or executive environments;
- Have experience in large companies;
- Be able to improve and harmonize infrastructure processes to increase the efficiency, reliability and performance of IT operations;
- Be able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Demonstrate strong team spirit and organizational skills;
- Communicate effectively and ensure optimal coordination, while having a good understanding of technological environments;
- Master project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.);
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
