Job description
- Analyze client or project needs and identify appropriate technology solutions taking into account budgets and timelines;
- Develop implementation strategies, design and document applications or programs;
- Develop and code solutions by integrating automated testing;
- Install, test and implement applications with the assigned clientele;
- Ensure the harmonious integration of the technical components of the solutions and solve the problems encountered;
- Interpret execution logs and traces of CRM and Power Platform solutions to detect errors, anomalies and operational issues;
- Manage deployments of Dynamics and Power Platform solutions between development, test, and production environments, keeping track of versions, dependencies, configurations, and connection credentials.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role at the senior level;
- Experience in development projects carried out in Agile mode;
- Proficiency in Microsoft CRM Dynamics, CI/CD practices and cloud environments;
- Be familiar with software development best practices, including clean architecture, clean code, and design patterns;
- Demonstrate curiosity, a capacity for continuous learning, and a willingness to challenge established practices;
- Identify problems and blockages and then propose alternative solutions or approaches;
- Communicate effectively and popularize technical concepts to various stakeholders;
- Demonstrate organization, rigor and excellent priority management;
- Engage team members, positively influence decisions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders;
- To take a collaborative approach and demonstrate a strong team spirit.
