Project Manager

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

• Develop the project plan taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders, linkages with other projects and business objectives;
• Ensure the delivery of projects and the approval of deliverables until their final closure, within agreed costs and schedules;
• Coordinate the human, material, financial and technological resources necessary for the realization of one or more medium to very large cross-cutting projects;
• Functionally supervise internal and external contributors involved in project delivery;
• Allow resource change requests and ensure quality of work and adherence to project governance and methodology;
• Analyze risks and their impacts, and then develop appropriate strategies to manage the project's risk level;
• Produce accountability and progress status to stakeholders and decision-making bodies.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Possess more than six (6) years of relevant experience in project management in large-scale contexts;
• Hold a PMP, MGP or ACP certification;
• Experience in the financial sector, including in a risk management context or within a financial institution;
• Knowledge of the basics of financial derivatives, accounting and financial risk management;
• Demonstrate experience in software integration and replatforming projects;
• Master the planning and coordination of projects in complex contexts;
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Demonstrate strong political skills and an ability to mobilize stakeholders in achieving objectives;
• Hold a master's degree or graduate degree in project management (an asset);
• Be available to work in hybrid mode, with a minimum of two (2) days in person per week, for a term of twelve (12) months.
