Job description
- Define and design the technical architecture of information systems taking into account functional, operational and security needs;
- Develop sustainable technology solutions in line with strategic directions and industry best practices;
- Ensure consistent integration of systems and data by considering impacts on existing systems;
- Collaborate with development teams during the design phases to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic directions;
- Manage technology risks and ensure that solutions comply with applicable standards and regulations;
- Act as a technical referent with the various stakeholders and suppliers in order to recommend solutions adapted to business needs;
- Lead opportunity and impact analyses by ensuring the consistency of solutions with business objectives and technological constraints;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and modernization of systems to ensure their sustainability and performance;
- Lead working groups with stakeholders and suppliers to clarify architectural needs and issues;
- Supervise and train teams on tools and methodologies related to architecture and technology solutions.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Hold an undergraduate degree in information technology or a relevant field, or possess an equivalent combination of experience and certifications;
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience in the field of information technology, including a minimum of five (5) years in the architectural specialty in question;
- Master an agile development methodological approach such as Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD or SAFe;
- Have at least eight (8) years of experience as an architectural consultant;
- Knowledge of the health field (an asset).
