Job description
- Plan business analysis work by defining activities, workshops, deliverables, validations, efforts and stakeholders;
- Collect, analyze and validate the business needs of the various stakeholders;
- Document user profiles, user journeys and business needs;
- Describe current processes, business rules, and observed irritants;
- Model target processes and evaluate the impacts of proposed solutions on ways of doing things;
- Define business objectives, expected benefits and measurement indicators;
- Formalize business, solution and transition requirements, including acceptance criteria;
- Specify quality, data, security and privacy requirements;
- Prioritize, validate and maintain traceability of requirements to processes, solution elements and tests;
- Collaborate with the Architecture Consultant, functional analysts and vendors to clarify configurations and operating rules;
- Contribute to the preparation of acceptance test scenarios and support the analysis of the results;
- Analyze organizational impacts and participate in the definition of governance, procedures and training needs;
- Support teams in the transition, transfer of knowledge and adoption of new practices;
- Support work planning, effort assessment, identification of risks, dependencies and business issues.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Have significant experience in business analysis in contexts of organizational or technological transformation;
- Master the techniques of collecting, analyzing, documenting and validating business needs;
- Have experience in process modeling, gap analysis, and process improvement;
- Have experience writing requirements, use cases or user stories as well as acceptance criteria;
- Know requirements management, traceability and change management practices;
- Demonstrate an ability to define indicators, measure business benefits and support decision-making;
- Master the preparation and support of user acceptance testing;
- Have experience in organizational impact analysis, change management and knowledge transfer;
- Ability to communicate effectively with business, technical and decision-making stakeholders.
