Job description
- Accompany internal clients as a leading business partner by adopting a proactive approach;
- Review, prepare and validate financial information;
- Participate in the management of financial results, the development of budget forecasts and the improvement of financial performance;
- Perform financial analysis and make strategic recommendations;
- Identify, harmonize and evolve KPIs;
- Contribute to the realization of projects and special mandates related to his/her field of expertise and recommend best practices;
- Equip business partners to strengthen their accountability for financial performance;
- Advise clients and partners in the planning, development, implementation and follow-up of strategic projects and mandates;
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, simplification, automation and innovation using artificial intelligence solutions and advanced analytical tools;
- Collaborate in the transformation and automation of financial processes;
- Participate in the development and evolution of policies, standards, models and programs;
- Analyze significant problems and issues, establish diagnoses and propose appropriate solutions;
- Develop an integrated vision of the financial performance of the supported sectors;
- Assume a leadership role with business partners and stakeholders;
- Represent your unit to decision-making bodies and external partners.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant discipline;
- Have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in financial performance;
- Master financial modeling;
- Demonstrate an excellent command of French;
- Knowledge of the banking industry (an asset);
- Use Oracle and Smart View effectively;
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel;
- Write high-level executive presentations;
- Develop a keen interest in artificial intelligence, innovation and organizational transformation;
- Demonstrate customer orientation, professional rigor, attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities;
- Solve complex problems and make quality decisions.
