Job description
- Analyze client or project needs and identify appropriate technology solutions taking into account budget and schedule constraints;
- Develop implementation strategies, design and document programs, systems or applications;
- Develop robust software solutions and perform automated testing to ensure their quality;
- Maintain and evolve software products to meet the needs of the organization;
- Ensure the quality, security and stability of the solutions developed;
- Recommend the most suitable technological approaches according to the needs of customers and partners;
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate development activities to meet established commitments;
- Install, configure and test software packages or applications for the target clientele;
- Integrate the different technical components of the solutions and solve the problems encountered;
- Actively contribute to the implementation of large-scale computer systems, programs and applications;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of development practices and the optimization of the quality of deliverables.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a similar role at the senior level;
- Have significant experience in development projects carried out in waterfall mode;
- Master software development principles and best practices, including clean architecture, clean code and design patterns;
- Effectively use documentation and tracking tools such as Confluence and Jira;
- Have in-depth knowledge of .NET, Angular, SQL, VB6, CI/CD and Azure V2 technologies;
- Understand cloud concepts and their application in solution development;
- Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn continuously;
- Identify problems and obstacles and then propose suitable solutions to overcome them;
- Communicate effectively and popularize technical concepts to various stakeholders;
- Be organized, rigorous and able to manage priorities effectively;
- Mobilize team members, foster collaboration and contribute to the achievement of common goals;
- Demonstrate a strong team spirit.
