AI Designer / Developer – Data & AI Platform

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:

• Develop robust, production-ready Python solutions;
• Design and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Spark, PySpark, and Delta Lakehouse technologies;
• Industrialize generative AI models and solutions by applying MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, MLflow and monitoring practices;
• Implement RAG solutions including data ingestion, embeddings, indexing, search, evaluation and protection mechanisms;
• Create agents and multi-agent systems, as well as APIs and secure integrations with corporate systems;
• Document solutions and conduct demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Be proficient in Python and the principles of software development in a production environment;
• Experience with SQL, Spark, PySpark technologies and Delta Lakehouse architectures;
• Have expertise in the industrialization of generative artificial intelligence solutions and in MLOps and LLMOps practices;
• Knowledge of concepts and tools related to RAG solutions, including embeddings, indexing, search and evaluation;
• Experience designing agents, multi-agent systems, APIs, and secure integrations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure and Databricks platforms;
• Demonstrate excellent collaboration, documentation and knowledge transfer skills;
• Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, quality orientation and ability to support teams in the adoption of solutions.
