Job description
- Ensure the operational monitoring of periodic processing and data production chains;
- Validate the compliance, quality, and integrity of input and output files;
- Monitor the execution of processing and intervene in the event of incidents or service interruptions;
- Diagnose anomalies, analyze processing errors, and coordinate necessary escalations;
- Communicate statuses, incidents, impacts and corrections to the various stakeholders;
- Develop, maintain and optimize data extraction, transformation and loading processes;
- Design and adapt SQL and Python scripts to automate data checks and validations;
- Participate in the analysis of change requests and the evaluation of their operational impacts;
- Collaborate with the technical, business and operations teams to ensure the stability of the solutions;
- Document data flows, procedures, incidents and implemented solutions.
- Hold a university or college degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science or a related field;
- Have one (1) to three (3) years of experience in development, data management, application support or information technology operations;
- Understand the concepts of data integration, extraction, transformation and loading as well as the principles of data quality;
- Use SQL and analyze data in relational environments;
- Develop or modify scripts in Python in a context of automation and data processing;
- Exploit Unix or Linux environments and their basic commands;
- Demonstrate an interest in production processes, automation and monitoring of treatments;
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and a strong analytical capacity;
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous process improvement.
